Class Descriptions

SPINNING – A non-impact cardiovascular workout that takes place on a special stationary bike. It is a group exercise program in which participants work at their individual fitness levels.  The Spinning program concept incorporates the mind/body connection and visualization, leaving ‘riders’ with a great sense of accomplishment. Towel, water bottle and heart monitors are recommended - Spin Room

FIT - A low impact total workout for all fitness levels. Taught by the personal training staff - Mezzanine

SET B & G / B & G (BUNS & GUNS/BUTTS & GUTTS) – Strength Endurance Training  - The same great work-out you are used to with emphasis on – You guessed it.  Use of barbells, dumbbells, steps and stability balls (set to music) – combination intervals to speed up your metabolism. – Mezzanine

Dynamic Circuit Training - This class is taught by a personal trainer – Head to toe body training with a lot of energy. - Mezzanine

Zumba - Move your hips and increase your heart rate in this fun dance inspired class with a salsa flair! You’ll have so much fun you won’t believe it’s exercise. - Mezzanine

Total Body Workout For All Levels - Everything from stability and core training to cardio and muscle building. - Mezzanine

Yoga - Gain strength and flexibility. A place to breath deeply, strengthen and nourish your body and awaken your spirit. Please bring your own mat for hygienic reasons. - Yoga room

Mindful Moves and Pilates - Mind-body healing energy art that blends gentle movement, deep breathing and focused awareness by Mike Dauria. - Yoga room

Class Information: Wear proper attire to class. Bring a towel and water bottle.

All classes subject to change with low participation.
